Preview Senamrobik bersama Kelab Jom Kita Sihat

Bagi saya, untuk mengecapi nikmat sihat sebenarnya langsung tiada kompromi.  Soal wang dan masa kita tidak seharusnya berkira kerana nikmat sihat yang diberikan oleh Allah S.W.T. itu adalah nikmat yang tidak boleh dijual beli.  Kita tidak boleh membeli kesihatan di mana-mana pasaraya atau kedai-kedai.

Semalam selepas saya selesai bersenamrobik di tempat biasa kami, saya ke padang baru berhampiran Kompleks Pentadbiran USMKK.  Di situ saya sambung bersenam dengan menggunakan peralatan-peralatan senaman yang disediakan.  Boleh dikatakan saya boleh menggunakan kesemua peralatan yang disediakan tanpa sebarang masalah dan saya boleh bersenam dengan baik.  Saya rasa betul-betul sihat!  Inilah nikmat sihat yang sebenar yang saya kecapi.  

Lalu saya ingin berkongsi nikmat ini dengan ramai lagi wanita di luar sana agar sama-sama mempertingkatkan kesihatan diri.

Kelab Jom Kita Sihat akan mengadakan Preview Senamrobik bersama Kelab Jom Kita Sihat.  Masuk adalah percuma dan tempat adalah terhad kepada 15 peserta sahaja.  Cara mendaftar dan menyertai, sila hubungi saya di talian 3147.  Sebanyak 15 kupon percuma disediakan.  Siapa cepat dia dapat!

Preview akan diadakan pada 7 Disember 2011 (Rabu).  Setiap penyertaan dibenarkan sekali sahaja.

Preview ini diadakan untuk memperkenalkan Kelab Jom Kita Sihat kepada wanita di luar sana.

  1. It's a good practice to spend our own time for work out but unluckily, some people couldn't afford for that. As for myself, I have to allocate my time for gym and aerobic. It's been 9 months I spent my after office hour for aerobic. I don't feel tired or less energy now because of the aerobic class. But I couldn't do the same thing in a week for my body. I have to do double work out and find something that can fit my body. Don't you guys realise, it's been almost one year you do the aerobic and u lost some kilos...but what about your body shape? Aerobic, yoga or dance is a kind of exercise that help people to increase their metabolism. But if you ask the fitness coach, they will ask you to go gym and work out. It's because it can give you unpredictable result. That's what the BIGGEST LOSER people do to lose their weight and get fit. You will get your shape in just a few weeks. I went to gym for almost one month and I got new shape. But it's not like as quick as pushing button. You also need to practice some diets. If u still looking for nasi lemak, roti canai or nasi kak wok that help u to increase your cholestrol, your 3 times aerobic in a week is nothing for ur health. But, I also wanna thank to JKS team for provide this aerobic class. I believe many people don't want it STOP here. And I believe too, those who don't want to stay with this class, doesn't mean they don't want to support the class but they might be have something else they have to do that we don't know. So, stay positive and let others choose for the best.

  2. It's absolutely right Ms. Rani. But unfortunately, not all people can't afford to go to the gym.

    As for myself; a worker, a wife and a mother to 3 children, this class is good enough to keep my body fit and stay healthy. Luckily, my hubby is very understanding and never complain coz he knows I really need an exercise.

    However, whatever you choose, choose for the best you can be...
